You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example you received an incorrect or defective item). Customer pays shipping cost on all other returns. Custom orders such as ground coffee can not be returned unless the return is a result of our error.

If you need to return an item please follow the procedure listed below.

  • Login to your account.
  • On the right side of the screen click the link for "view order status".
  • Select the option on the order for  "view order details".
  • On the right side of the screen below order details, select the option for "return item".
  • Select which item, how many you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

The request for return will be sent to us for review. After approval of the request you will have an option for an in store credit or a refund to the payment provided on checkout. You should receive your refund withi four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
