You may pick up a new
card at any Peaberry Coffee Location. The Joe Dough reward card is free.
If the card you lost was registered we will be able to provide you with
a new card containing your previous cash value and reward points. You
will need to contact us via email at
peaberrycoffee@peaberrycoffee.com or by telephone at 303-292-9314
extension 1016.

Unfortunately, your reward coupon is just like cash and cannot be
re-created.

Sorry, we cannot combine the points or value on multiple Joe Dough
Cards. We suggest that you pick one card and use it until the value is
consumed or until you earn enough points to receive a reward coupon, and
then dispose of that card and begin using your other card. If your

First, a claim receipt is a special receipt containing a
number that can be used on the Customer Rewards site to claim a purchase
and receive your points when you visited one of our stores and forgot to
bring your Joe Dough card with you. If you should forget your card, make
sure that you tell the Peaberry Coffee associate who processes your
order so that they can make sure you get the proper receipt. A claim
receipt has a code between two "#" signs at the bottom of the slip. If
your receipt does not have this code, you did not receive a proper claim
receipt. This receipt is NOT a credit card receipt. Claim numbers are
not printed on credit card receipts; they are on a separate receipt with
the special code between the "#" signs.

We've found that occasionally, customers have more than
one card and are not aware of it. Sometimes they believe that they have
a certain balance or number of reward points and that they find that
this doesn't match with the card in their wallet or purse. It's up to
you to keep track of your Joe Dough cards.

On the Customer Rewards site login page there is a
"Forgot Password" link. Follow the link and you will be given the option
of retrieving your password hint, or resetting your password and having
your new password e-mailed to you. If neither of these options resolve
your problem, send an e-mail message explaining your problem to
peaberrycoffee@peaberrycoffee.com and we'll get you squared away.

When you earn enough points for a free item, your points
are converted into a Reward Coupon. Here is a common scenario: You have
accumulated 9 points on your account. Next, you visit a store and make a
purchase, but you forgot to bring your Joe Dough card with you. You
inform the Peaberry associate of this and they gave you a "Claim
Receipt" to take home and apply to your account on the Customer Reward
site. You took that claim receipt home and applied it to your account.
This receipt moved you from 9 points to 10 points, you have earned a
reward. The 10 points you would expect to see on your account were
converted into your reward coupon, which is now present in our system
awaiting your next visit into one of our Peaberry Coffee locations. When
you present your card upon your next visit, your reward coupon will print
out with your purchase. Remember to save this coupon as it is just like
cash.

click on the Joe Dough card icon. This will take you to the Customer
Rewards site where you can check your balance, review past purchases and
claim purchases when you forgot your card.

You can mail your card to us a Peaberry Coffee,
1299 East 58th Avenue - Denver, CO. 80216 and we will send you a
replacement card with your points and cash balance applied to the new
card.

Whenever you make a purchase and present your card, you
will be offered a receipt that shows your cash balance and your drink
and bean balances. Additionally you may visit
www.peaberrycoffee.com
and click
on the Joe Dough card icon, which will direct you the the Customer
Rewards site where you can check your balance and points there.

can only re-load your Joe Dough card at one of our thirteen metro Peaberry Coffee
locations.
